Trust Administration

Trust administration services are directed to those individuals who are no longer able to manage their financial affairs or wish to have a successor trustee assume responsibility. The Trustee must manage the Trust as expressed by a Trustor in the terms of the Trust. Duties and responsibilities of the Trustee include:

  • Management of investments

  • Review stock holdings/confer with brokers

  • Review, process and Supervise medical insurance claims

  • Complete documents for Medi-Cal application

  • Assist with gathering information for tax return preparation
    (To be prepared by accountants)

  • Consultations with and accountings to Trustor(s)

  • Securing of personal property

  • Real property - sales and rentals, including supervision of repairs and maintenance

We are available to act as Trustees of testamentary, special needs, revocable and irrevocable trusts, large and small. We have particular expertise in the administration of trusts under an agency agreement for named Trustees whom are either out of state or whom wish a professional firm to manage the trust administration. All preparation of any legal documents, including trusts, is the sole responsibility of an attorney. Prices for this service varies as to service rendered.
